2014 Royal Sydney Easter Show (National Honey Comp)

2014 Sydney show awardsWe won the Best Exhibit across all the granulated (and creamed) honey classes. The medal is a RAS of NSW Award of Excellence Medallion.
Creamed honey is judged on Evenness of Grain, Flavour, Firmness and Colour and ours scored an almost perfect score of 96/100.
